- 2 Cups rice
- 15 oz can tomato sauce
- 19 oz water
- 1 tsp chopped jalipeno peppers (optional)
- 2 TBS taco seasoning (make your own)
Add all ingredients, except rice, to sauce pan and stir to blend. Bring to a boil. Add rice, stir, cover, and lower temperature to a simmer. Simmer for 20-30 minutes.
